Just left mound park bought thirteen bass two crappie turned them all back in I was told catch and release only but I saw people keeping their fish so didn’t see and rules so my question is what s the rules.

Went yesterday. Caught a lot of bluegill. Caught 2 trout. I was curious. We’re the trout stocked. Or were they just naturally there. . I released fish back in lake
