Fixing breakfast on the Blackstone is one of my favorites. Everything is right there, just cooking away. Of course, timing is important.

First, the hashbrowns go on the griddle and need to be close to done. Then the bacon goes on. When the bacon gets flipped, the eggs go on the griddle. It’s all about timing.
Motorcycling comes after breakfast.
