The news was full of shoppers and their efforts—good and bad—about Black Friday. Maybe shoppers should leave their guns and pepper spray at home. Apparently there was a record amount of store sales, which should boost holiday economics. Did you survive?
Here in Cincinnati, a large number of small businesses anticipated Small Business Saturday, hoping shoppers would forget about the big-box stores and shop with Mom & Pop. I think it was successful.
And now, we’re on to Cyber Monday, which I highly prefer. Give me shopping at my kitchen table anytime. I try to support my locals.
